Low Fat Venison Burgers

400 venison mince

3 cm root ginger, grated

6 small shallots or Spring Onions

2 garlic cloves crushed

handful of chopped parsley

1 table spoon of walnut oil

salt, black pepper

Preparation Method

Mix all indredients together in a bowl, shape into patties and cook in the oven at 180 C for 12-15 minutes.

Hints and Tips

The mixture is best mixed in advance to allow the ingredients to infuse.
