Wild rabbit with cheese and mushroom Sauce

Gareth found this very easy recipe in a magazine and I have used it ever since.

Ingredients

1 wild rabbit

1 tin of condensed soup

1 onion, chopped

50g mushrooms, chopped

100g cheese, grated

olive oil and seasoning

Preparation Method

Place jointed rabbit in oven proof dish drizzle with oilive oil, salt and pepper.

Pour condensed soup, mushrooms, cheese and onion over the rabbit and cover

Put back in a moderate oven (170 C) for 3 hours, remove the cover for the last hour.

Serve with rice, potato's, pasta, bread or anything.

Just try it once, you'll be amazed how tastey rabbit is.
