We've been invited to a farm to folk day organised by RHET for 50 Annan Academy pupils

RHET are organising a fooding and farming day at the Crichton Royal Farm, Dumfries. We have been invited along to talk about venison production and venison cooking. We might even demonstrate a few venison recipe's, with some tasters Meaty Venison Canapés
